We started Diamond Springs Ranch so people could slow down. That’s what the Dinner Date does better than anything else we offer. No screens pulling you away. No noise from the table next to you. Just the two of you, this land, and an evening that reminds you what presence actually feels like.
You ride at sunset. You come back to a private dinner. There’s a fire. The Rusty Saddle Bar is on site. And if you want to make a full weekend of it, we can pair the dinner date with a night in the treehouse or the covered wagon — one phone call and we’ll build the whole thing around you.
