It’s 1871… A gunfight has gone down nearby, and the infamous outlaw James Riley is on the run. He was last seen hiding out in these parts, and we need YOUR help to solve the mystery of his fate. 🕵️♂️
Ride under the stars on a 20-minute horseback trail ride through the woods, where eerie things lurk. Along the way, you’ll gather clues and uncover the truth about Riley’s final escape.

THE COWBOY EXPERIENCE AFTER DARK – RULES:
- All ticket sales are final, no refunds.
- Alcohol is not permitted on the property.
- No Halloween masks, bags, backpacks, knives, guns, or weapons of any kind will be allowed.
- Wear appropriate attire. Long pants and closed toe shoes. You will be riding a horse in the dark on a working horse and cattle ranch. Flip-flops, sandals, or high heels are not recommended. Expect dirt and occasional mud.
- Please be aware that some people have strong reactions to the bright lights. Expect loud noises, tight spaces, and uneven terrain.
- NO smoking is allowed on the ranch
- Everyone must fill out a waiver before they can participate in The Cowboy Experience After Dark
- YES this event is recommended for young children, so bring the whole family
- Inclement Weather Policy: If we are closed due to inclement weather, your tickets can be used any other night we are open. Please call Logan if you are unsure of a closing or weather delay. 316-303-6195
TICKETS:
- Tickets will be sold online only
- You will choose and commit to an arrival time when purchasing your tickets if purchase online.
- You may redeem your ticket’s QR code from your device and use that QR code to check in on site.
- Each online ticket will be scanned onsite. Tickets are valid for one guest.
- There will be a small convenience fee applied to online purchases.
